  • Organisation name and further details
  • Job title
  • Email address
  • Telephone number
  • Any additional information submitted as part of your application

  • To assess and manage applications to exhibit at the International AI Summit
  • To communicate with you regarding your application
  • To organise and administer the International AI Summit event
  • To coordinate participation with relevant stakeholders involved in the International AI Summit

Your contact details and application information may be shared with:

  • Public sector organisations involved in evaluating exhibitor applications
  • The appointed International AI Summit organiser/event management partner

All parties receiving your data will process it only for the purposes related to the organisation and delivery of the International AI Summit.

  • Legitimate interests (to organise and deliver the International AI Summit effectively), and/or
  • Pre-contractual steps (where your application may lead to an agreement to exhibit)

  • Complete the exhibitor selection process
  • Deliver and administer the International AI Summit
  • Meet any legal or audit requirements

After this period, your data will be securely deleted.
